The design of the shirts we ordered is BEYOND!! I had very little hopes for a cool Luigi’s mansion design… naturally I was ecstatic when I saw these. I messaged to asked if it was possible to have the design on a black hoodie. I got a very swift response and the answer was yes!! Then I got the sweaters in the mail! I could have cried (that seems dramatic for a sweater) but it’s such good quality and my 8 year old son and I have matching sweaters. He was so happy!!! It’s his favorite sweater!! Thank you!

I accidentally left out necessary info for my custom order and the team promptly addressed this with me and we got everything straightened out. Fantastic customer service and couldn't be more pleased with the product

I know I'll love these shirts when I get them because I ordered a bunch for my husband but I got notified over 11 days ago that my order was shipping and then it sat for days not shipping and I still don't have the order. I placed this order November 12 and today is December 11th, it was for a birthday today, no biggie I have the person something else, but it's still a long time.
